How to measure your body
To take accurate measurements, you will need a tape measure, pen, and paper. Please write all the measurements in centimetres.
We may require your bust or chest, waist, hip, sleeves, and leg measurements for simple alterations.
When measuring your body, it’s important to wear the underwear you’d wear with the garment and not wear bulky clothing.
For accuracy, we recommend taking your measurements in front of a mirror.
For advanced alterations, such as on suits or evening wear, a fitting may be required. You can book one of our tailors to measure or pin your garment in your home or workplace.
How to measure your bust or chest, waist, hip, sleeves, and legs
We need these measurements for shortening, taking in, or letting out fabric on suits, jackets, coats, shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts, blouses, and T-shirts. Stand in front of a mirror, wrap a tape measure around the parts of the clothes you need us to alter, and let the tape measure sit comfortably – not too tight and not too loose. Write all the measurements in centimetres.

For all garments that need to be made bigger or wider in any parts, we need to know if your garment has extra fabric inside from the seam of the clothes. Then, you can tell us how many centimetres you want us to make it bigger or wider, write all the measurements in centimetres on paper and pack them with the garment for collection.
7-Lengthen:
For all garments that need to be lengthened (longer length or hem), we can lengthen trousers' hem, jacket sleeves, and more. When you don't have enough hem to let down, we can lengthen your garments by adding fabric inside the hem or length and keep the length clothes original.
8-Collection:
After measuring, write down all the measurements in centimetres along with your details, name, surname, phone number, and email address on paper and pack it with the garment for collection. We will collect your garment, and when the job is done, we will deliver it to you.
